We ship via FedEX or UPS Ground Service. Some states may require up to 5 working days for delivery; not counting the day it shipped. Plan ahead and order early. Quoted shipping dates are approximate.

Orders with in stock items received by 2:00 PM CST will ship the same business day or the following business day.

Any returned, refused or undeliverable package will incur the actual shipping fees of that order and are non-refundable.  Reshipping returned, refused or undeliverable packages will incur the shipping costs of the re-shipped order.

TBI Products reserves the right to change its "Shipping Policy" without prior notice.

Damage claims must be made with the shipper.
